International Theatre
Act. Improvise. Connect. Have fun!
Join International Theatre – a monthly theatre workshop for adults at KASETA Creative Academy!
We meet once a month, on a Friday evening, to explore theatre, improvise, play and simply have a great time together.
No previous acting experience is needed! The workshop is open to everyone who wants to try something new, become more confident and creative, and enjoy theatre in a friendly and relaxed atmosphere.
The workshop is conducted entirely in English, making it perfect for the international community as well as anyone who wants to practise their English in a fun and natural way.
What will we do?
Voice & Speech
We will explore the possibilities of our voices and work on breathing, articulation and speaking with confidence.
Body Awareness & Stage Presence
Through movement and theatre exercises, we will develop body awareness and learn how to feel more comfortable and confident on stage.
Improvisation
A big part of the workshop will be improvisation! Expect theatre games, spontaneous scenes, creativity, laughter and lots of fun. No scripts and no pressure – just imagination and being in the moment.
Meet New People
International Theatre is also a great opportunity to meet new people from different countries and backgrounds, connect and spend a creative Friday evening together.
Practise Your English
Because the workshop is conducted 100% in English, you’ll have plenty of opportunities to speak, listen and communicate naturally. It’s a great way to practise your English without feeling like you’re in a language class.
Your instructor
Mateusz Feliński – musical theatre actor and experienced performer, working with theatres including the Musical Theatre in Gdynia, Teatr Czwarte Miasto and the Musical Theatre in Poznań.
